Director of Compliance

A leading healthcare services firm is seeking an experienced Compliance Director to lead regulatory affairs, quality assurance, safety, and risk management across its operational programs.Compensation: $150,000+ DOELocation: RemoteSchedule: Standard Business HoursResponsibilities:Lead enterprise compliance programs across healthcare, laboratory, privacy, safety, clinical research, and public health initiatives.Monitor adherence to federal, state, and local standards including HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, CDC guidance, and airport authority requirements.Manage compliance for government-funded contracts, public health partnerships, grants, and clinical research protocols.Lead the drafting, review, document control, and implementation of compliance policies, SOPs, and work instructions.Oversee risk-based compliance auditing, quality assurance, site inspections, and root-cause investigations.Develop corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) to resolve noncompliance issues and audit findings.Ensure data-integrity and privacy controls across all collection, storage, and handling of sensitive information.Design and deliver organization-wide compliance, safety, and ethics training programs.Direct workplace safety, infection-prevention, and operational risk management programs.Report compliance performance, audit results, and risk metrics regularly to executive leadership.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or public health operations.Strong knowledge of applicable healthcare and regulatory frameworks including HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA.Proven track record leading audits, risk assessments, workplace safety initiatives, and corrective action plans.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, compliance reporting software, document control systems, and LMS platforms.Ability to travel regularly (Approx. 20%) to airport-based and field operational locations.Master's degree and professional certifications (e.g., CHC, CHPC, CPHQ, RAC, CCRP, or CSP) are highly preferred.Benefits:Flexible Scheduling Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-Paid and Voluntary Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 Per YearJob SummaryJob number: 586546Profession: Management
