We place a strong value not only on the patients and the agencies we work with but our employees as well.Job Responsibilities:Communicating daily with office staff to accept new patients, complete paperwork and turn in payrollKeeping open communication with patients and home health agencies to promote a positive and caring experienceFacilitating communication with Physical Therapist Assistant to manage patient careCompletion of Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessment, and Discharge visits and paperworkAttend meetings and case conferencesJob Requirements:Current Occupational Therapist LicensureBachelor's degree in Occupational TherapyAbility to travel to patient's home or facilityStrong communication skillsHome healthcare experience preferred
