Occupational TherapistIntegrated Talent Strategies is looking for a full-time permanent Occupational Therapist for a permanent 36-40 hour week position in a hospital-based outpatient setting working with adults and some pediatrics. You will work in a supportive and collaborative environment alongside a team of healthcare professionals.Provide comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' needs.Develop personalized treatment plans to address individual patient goals.Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and equipment to aid patient recovery.Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve daily living skills.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.Ability to work with both geriatrics and pediatrics in a hospital setting.
