Logistics Dispatcher & Customer Care Specialist

CSW is seeking a logistics dispatcher to manage job loads, assign to drivers, and coordinate schedules across locations. You will prioritize requests for service and shipments and ensure timely delivery or service. You'll communicate with customers, colleagues, and drivers via multiple channels, process orders and forms, and adapt routes amid emergencies.
