GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer. Location and Schedule Site Location: Irving, Texas Schedule: Part-time, Wednesday-Friday / Sunday Competitive hourly wage: $19.25 / $21.25 hourly or HR DailyPay for GardaWorld employees Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, paid holidays Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities Monitor premises to ensure security Conduct patrols to detect suspicious activity Control access points and verify identities Respond quickly to incidents or threats Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security Write detailed reports on events and incidents Collaborate with authorities during serious situations Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean MVR Prior dispatch experience Authorized to work in the US High school diploma or GED Complete extensive screening process Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations Responsive problem-solving skills Security, military, or law enforcement experience advantageous State license if required Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
