Locations 1610 N MAIN ST, TAYLOR, TX 76574 3054, USA Job Description As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase organization and time management skills, build retailer relationships, and serve as the Hallmark face. Collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations. Salary and Schedule Details Hourly pay: $12.00-$14.00 per hour depending on skills and experience. Paid training through live instruction and virtual classroom. Part‑time employees receive voluntary benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.). Eligible employees receive annual pay increases. This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule. Average weekly hours: 5-8 hours per week. Availability before and after major holidays, including weekends, is required. Availability to support seasonal changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support. Role and Responsibilities You will perform service work in Hallmark departments of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. The position has three components: Day‑to‑day engagement : Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory inside and outside the Hallmark department. Maintain communication with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and complete required surveys. Interact courteously with store employees, management, and customers. You are responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at assigned stores. Holiday support : During holidays (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas) expect additional days and extended hours. You may be required to work on the holiday itself, which could include a weekend. Department resets : Occasionally participate in installations and tasks such as building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections. You will be notified at least two weeks in advance; assignments may include evenings or weekends. Team collaboration : Be part of a network of merchandisers who often support each other in their territories. Physical Requirements Physically demanding work. Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must kneel, squat, walk, stand throughout the day, and may need to climb stairs and step ladders. Basic Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Able to read, write, and understand English. Physically able to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Operates a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents and interpret information. Has Wi‑Fi access and internet connectivity. Consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores.
