Job Description
Midtown Law Firm seeks a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join the firm’s highly regarded Real Estate Practice Group.
\n- \n
- Manage all aspects of transactional due diligence for real estate finance matters, with a particular emphasis on title and survey review and analysis \n
- Draft, review and assist with a variety of real estate finance documents under attorney supervision \n
- Coordinate and facilitate complex closings, including preparation of closing checklists and post-closing deliverables \n
- Conduct legal and factual research on specific real estate finance issues \n
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and third parties throughout transactions \n
Position qualifications
\n- \n
- At least five years of dedicated commercial real estate / corporate transactional or finance paralegal experience within a major law firm, financial institution or in-house legal department \n
- Large and sophisticated transaction experience is preferred \n
- Highly skilled in title and survey review and analysis \n
- Comprehensive familiarity with New York real property statutes \n
- Bachelor's degree \n
