Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insights into clients’ mental health, strengths, and available resources.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy in individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary treatment team to develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals tailored to each client’s needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and creating safety plans for clients in need.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions, fostering community and shared healing among participants.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
