Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients, taking into account their unique backgrounds, presenting issues, and risk factors.

• Work closely with other mental health professionals to coordinate care, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each client’s treatment needs.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and facilitating referrals for higher levels of care when necessary.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their journey toward recovery.

• Maintain diligent documentation of assessments, treatment progress, and all relevant patient records in compliance with state laws and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of New York is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The expected salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
