Belt Catcher 2nd Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 04:00pm to 01:00am )

• Inspect printed garments for quality, identifying defects, print issues, or inconsistencies before orders are packed.
• Count, sort, and accurately pack finished apparel according to customer order specifications.
• Complete production paperwork and quality documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Stage finished orders for the next department while maintaining organization and production flow.
• Follow all safety, quality control, and production procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Belt Catcher 2nd Qualifications:

• Ability to perform detailed quality inspections and identify defects, inconsistencies, or production issues.
• Strong organizational and counting skills with the ability to accurately process and pack customer orders.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish, both verbally and in writing, for workplace safety and operational requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, stand for extended periods, and work comfortably in a warm manufacturing setting.
• Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, screen printing, printing press operations, packing, or production manufacturing is preferred.
