What You'll Do

As a Medical Device Assembler, you'll use precision tools and microscopes to assemble and inspect critical medical components that meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test medical devices in a regulated cleanroom environment
• Follow detailed work instructions, procedures, and quality standards
• Perform precision assembly of small components using microscopes
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and functionality
• Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
• Identify and communicate quality or production concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support team goals and production schedules, including overtime as needed

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of small-part assembly experience using a microscope
• Ability to work under a microscope for up to 90% of the shift
• Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and on a 2nd shift schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of medical device manufacturing or cleanroom experience
• Experience assembling catheters or similar medical products
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality inspection processes

Work Environment & Schedule

• 2nd Shift: Start time between 3:30 PM - 3:45 PM
• Cleanroom production environment
• Long-term contract opportunity (12-18 months )
• Overtime available, including occasional Saturdays

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50/hr.
