Business Technical Analyst

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Business Technical Analyst will manage complex production incidents, analyze business processes, and collaborate with technology teams to improve system performance and user experience. Key responsibilities Lead investigation and resolution of complex production incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions Analyze business processes, system behavior, and operational data to assess impacts and recommend improvements Develop and execute testing strategies and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to drive collaboration and continuous improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, production support, or systems analysis Experience investigating complex business or technical issues Proficiency with relational databases and SQL Strong analytical skills with a customer-first approach
