Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and administer human resources policies, programs, and services.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on human resources-related matters.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and hiring processes.
- Develop and manage employee training and development programs.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management.
- Professional certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and software.
Nice to Have: - Experience with HR data analytics and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, such as Title VII or ADA.
- Familiarity with performance management and employee engagement strategies.
