Job Description:Our Opportunity:Chewy is looking for a Recruiting Manager to join our team. This individual will partner with key stakeholders to identify top talent for our rapidly growing e-commerce business. This role acts as a full-cycle recruiter who understands how to source quickly and creatively, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind. The Recruiting Manager is responsible for owning stakeholder relationships and strategically partnering with the business to drive hiring and lead adoption of best practices. Chewy offers an incredible product offering surrounded by exceptional employees and you'll be one of the key players in continuing our pattern of success by finding and hiring the best talent.What You'll Do:Engage and partner with executive level stakeholders as the recruiting SME on Veterinary hiring, market trends, recruiting metrics, operational processes, systems and toolsRecruiting and hiring Veterinarians based on needs identified by leadershipBuild repeatable, programmatic solutions to operational processesInterview DVM candidates and facilitate interviews, meet and greets with appropriate department headsCreate and facilitate regular meeting times for support candidate interviews held by the Hospital AdministratorUtilize analytical thinking to diagnose business challenges and identify hiring trendsExecute full cycle recruiting and pipelining plansBuild recruiting strategies and drive execution to ensure goals are metWork closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talentDevelop pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategiesTrack goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and resultsWhat You'll Need:7+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environmentMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Veterinary Recruiter.Knowledge of local DVM talent pool and ability to connect by leveraging contact through networking and cold callsProven track record of utilizing a data-driven approach to building and innovatingBachelor’s DegreeSome travel may be required, based on business needs The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $160,000.00.The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
