Job Title Specialty Sales Representative – Pulmonology Location North America: USA: IN-Indianapolis: USHOME - Home Address US Responsibilities Manage business within a specific geographic territory Report directly to a Regional Sales Director Detail customers including Pulmonologists, Primary Care Physicians, Allergists, Respiratory Therapists, Pharmacists and Nurses Travel as required based on territory size and customer locations Sell and promote Grifols’ alpha‑one augmentation therapy to exceed financial objectives within the territory Execute national sales and marketing strategy and create a territory business tactical plan to maximize opportunity Partner with home office personnel, Brand team and National and Corporate account teams for pull‑through of product sales Run the business by analyzing account and physician sales data, creating territory tactical plans and providing solutions to grow the business Use Microsoft applications and Grifols’ customer management system; enter call data and maintain accurate records Manage a defined territory travel/expense budget moving toward profit/loss objectives Maintain Company and Industry Compliance Rules Qualifications In‑depth knowledge of the medical industry, including Specialty Pharmacy, Home Health, Managed Care, Biologics/Biotech, Pharmaceutical and/or Hospital settings Respiratory and Primary Care experience preferred Valid driver’s license Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or a related field (advanced degrees such as an MBA are a plus) At least 4 years of experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare or medical sales, marketing and/or sales management Consistent above‑average performance and ability to achieve sales goals Demonstrated leadership skills Knowledge of the territory, which includes Indianapolis, Columbus, Greenwood, Shelbyville and Greenfield (Indiana) Performance Competencies Exceeding sales goals Expert selling skills and product knowledge Business/territory management Territory administration Corporate compliance Job Attributes Work performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment; frequently sits for 4–6 hours per day Frequent hand movements; light to moderate lifting up to 35 lbs; frequent travel within the United States Effective communication of complex information; active listening and interaction with diverse groups Ability to apply abstract principles and solve complex conceptual issues; plan work assignments to meet objectives Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Grifols provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious practices and observances, national origin, pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions, status as a protected veteran or spouse/family member of a protected veteran, or disability.
