Head of Safety & Workers’ Compensation Strategy
Help Group
Help Group seeks a strategic Director of Safety and Workers’ Compensation to design and lead our enterprise-wide safety program and oversee the workers’ compensation operations. You’ll promote a culture of safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with TPAs, insurers, and medical providers to optimize outcomes and costs. The role requires a track record of building safety programs, managing regulatory requirements (Cal/OSHA), and leading teams to improve injury prevention and #J-18808-Ljbffr Help Group
