Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR & Recruiting Generalist to lead our Human Resources and recruiting functions. This is a 100% in-office position. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Position Summary This position is responsible for managing all Human Resources and recruiting activities for IGE. The successful candidate will oversee the complete employee lifecycle, recruit top talent, administer HR programs, and help build a positive, high-performance workplace culture. Responsibilities Human Resources Manage the complete employee lifecycle from hiring through separation. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for all new employees. Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, NDAs, and new hire documentation. Maintain employee personnel files and HR records. Administer Paychex, PTO, benefits, and employee documentation. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies. Coordinate employee performance reviews. Assist managers with employee relations and HR matters. Maintain and update the Employee Handbook, HR policies, and procedures. Coordinate employee training and professional development. Manage full-cycle recruiting for all company positions. Partner with department managers to identify hiring needs. Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates. Schedule interviews and communicate with hiring managers. Conduct reference checks and background screenings. Coordinate job offers and pre-employment requirements. Manage all recruiting platforms, including Pinpoint ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards . Create, publish, and maintain all company job postings. Ensure job advertisements remain current and optimized. Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate database. Track recruiting metrics, hiring pipeline, and time-to-fill performance. Develop relationships with staffing agencies, trade schools, workforce organizations, and referral sources. Continuously identify new recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Qualifications 3+ years of Human Resources experience. Recruiting experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities. Experience with Microsoft Office. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
