Patient Services Representative – General & Specialty Cardiology Tacoma, WA Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday (Closed weekends/holidays) $21.31 – $38.59 per hour About Us Cardiac Study Center (CSC) has proudly provided outpatient cardiology services throughout the Puget Sound region for over 50 years. In partnership with Pulse Heart Institute and MultiCare Health System, we are committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality cardiac care to the communities we serve. Our teams support a variety of cardiology specialties, including General Cardiology, Heart Failure, Vascular, Electrophysiology & Device, and Nuclear Imaging. Job Summary We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our General and Specialty Cardiology team in Tacoma. In this role, you'll help create a smooth and positive experience for patients by coordinating appointments, maintaining organized provider schedules, answering patient questions, and serving as a connection between patients, providers, and other departments. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule patient appointments Maintain organized provider schedules based on clinic and provider preferences Assist patients with scheduling questions and general inquiries Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and other departments Review and manage scheduling needs to help ensure patients are seen in a timely manner Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable policies and procedures Provide coverage at other clinic locations as needed Complete other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Required: At least 2 years of customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred At least 1 year of healthcare experience Experience with patient scheduling or working in a medical office Familiarity with electronic medical records, including Epic Benefits Competitive hourly pay of $21.31 – $38.59, based on experience, education, skills, and other applicable qualifications Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) and retirement benefitsOpportunities for professional growth and development Work Location 1901 S Cedar St, Suite 301 Tacoma, WA 98405 This is a full-time, in-office position. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cardiac Study Center (CSC), inc., PS
