Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding services, programs, and company offerings. Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Follow established communication procedures and service standards. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met. Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative support as needed.
