Job Description Skillbridge Academy is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our growing team in Cincinnati, OH. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients and customers, providing information, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding services, programs, and company offerings. Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Follow established communication procedures and service standards. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met. Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative support as needed. Contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience and company reputation. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Professional attitude and positive work ethic.
