4. Stay ahead of demand: Track inventory signals and forecast needs to prevent shortages.
5. Collaborate widely: Work with planning, operations, finance, and engineering to align on priorities.
6. Document rigorously: Keep accurate records for purchases, pricing, and inventory status.
7. Elevate the process: Spot inefficiencies and recommend improvements across the supply chain.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related area.
• 2+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain roles.
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate supplier partnerships.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with supply chain management tools.
• Clear, professional communication—written and verbal.
• Ability to excel both independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment.
