Global Payroll Director

Leading the global payroll function, the full-time Sr. Director, Global Payroll will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing across 30+ countries, while driving operational excellence and process modernization in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Transform and modernize the end-to-end global payroll function using a hybrid delivery model Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance payroll efficiency and employee experience Ensure compliance with global payroll regulations and maintain a robust payroll control environment Required qualifications 10+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience, including global payroll management Proven experience with Dayforce Payroll or similar global HCM/payroll platforms Strong understanding of global payroll compliance, tax, and regulatory requirements Experience in leading payroll transformation initiatives and managing third-party payroll providers Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
