Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Overtime Available)
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined RFID Qualifier Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team on 1st shift. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring RFID testing equipment to ensure products meet quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.

The ideal candidate has previous machine operating or manufacturing experience, enjoys working with automated equipment, and has strong attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their technical manufacturing skills while working with advanced production and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain RFID qualifier machines.

• Verify machine settings, testing parameters, and production specifications.

• Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.

• Operate and monitor vision systems, barcode readers, RFID testing equipment, and inkjet printing systems.

• Enter production data and complete required documentation accurately.

• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting as needed.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition.

• Ensure production materials are available and properly staged.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all safety policies and manufacturing procedures.

• Lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 4 months of machine operating or manufacturing experience.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately complete production documentation.

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production documents.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.

• Comfortable working with automated manufacturing equipment and electronic testing systems.

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
