Director, Business Development

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth objectives.. Manage opportunities throughout the full business development cycle, from lead generation and qualification through proposal development, bid defenses, contract negotiation, and successful deal closure.. Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies.. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their challenges and aligning Banook's solutions with their clinical research needs.. Develop and grow strategic accounts while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.. Collaborate closely with proposal, scientific, and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions and a seamless client experience.. Represent Banook at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.. Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and best practices.About You. 5-7+ years of experience in business development within a CRO, sponsor, biotech, or medical device environment.. Strong understanding of global clinical trials and outsourced clinical research services.. Experience selling cardiac safety, medical imaging, endpoint adjudication, eCOA, or related clinical trial solutions is highly desirable.. Proven ability to develop new business opportunities, build trusted client relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.. Comfortable interacting with Clinical Operations, Outsourcing, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Executive stakeholders.. Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills..
