Join us at Zscaler.RoleWe are looking for a Senior GTM Onboarding Programs Manager to own and advance how we bring new GTM talent into our organization, leading a global program that shapes the first experience of every Account Executive, SDR, and Partner Seller who joins us. As a builder, facilitator, and innovator, you will elevate onboarding through in-person cohort experiences, self-paced learning paths, and personalized AI-driven companions that guide new hires based on their role and ramp journey. This is a high-impact hybrid role based in our Santa Clara headquarters that requires deep GTM experience to connect enablement directly to pipeline generation and closed deals.What you’ll do (Role Expectations)Advance the global GTM onboarding strategy with a roadmap that delivers quick wins and matures into role-specific learning journeys tied to competency frameworks and attainment metricsDesign and evolve onboarding experiences across structured in-person cohorts, self-paced digital learning, and personalized agentic AI-driven toolsFacilitate live onboarding cohorts at the Santa Clara HQ and key regional events globally while coaching internal subject matter experts to deliver high-quality sessionsServe as the connective tissue between Sales, Ops, Product Marketing, People, and Enablement to align stakeholders around a shared vision connected to real business outcomesOwn ramp metrics including time to first deal and pipeline generation velocity by building feedback loops and producing executive-ready reporting on effectivenessWho You Are (Success Profile)You act like an owner by operating with integrity, adapting seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution to ensure successful outcomes.You are a high-trust collaborator who embraces a challenge culture, giving and receiving candid feedback to build strong partnerships and elevate the entire team.You operate with relentless urgency and a strong bias for action, delivering high-impact results quickly without sacrificing quality in a fast-paced environment.You are inherently data-driven, leveraging analytics to guide informed decisions, measure what matters, and drive objective business outcomes.You remain resilient and adaptable through complex situations, viewing change as an opportunity and guiding yourself and your stakeholders with steady composure.What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving7+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM onboarding, or revenue productivity within high-growth companies, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaSDirect GTM experience carrying a bag, working as a Solutions Engineer, or operating in a quota-carrying role to understand the sales motion from the insideDemonstrated presentation and facilitation skills in both in-person and virtual environmentsDeep familiarity with MEDDPPICC, MEDDIC, and value-based selling methodologies such as Command of the Message or ChallengerExceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrixed, global organizationWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to build personalized learning agents or agentic enablement toolsExperience as an Account Executive or Solutions Engineer with a track record of quota attainment in cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure SaaSDemonstrated ability to connect global onboarding program design to attainment metrics and in-person facilitation across diverse cultures#LI-EV1#LI-HybridZscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
