Job Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract assignment. The RN will provide direct patient care, administer treatments and medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care needs
Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
Promote patient safety and quality care outcomes

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary environment
Valid state/federal photo ID required onsite at all times
Compliance with onboarding and facility requirements
COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption may be required
Must maintain all required credentials and certifications
