Information Technology Support Analyst

Job Title: Service – Lab Computing Analyst Location: Cambridge, MA(Onsite) Work Type: Onsite laboratory support Duration: 6+Months (with possible extension) Client: Pharma* Role Overview: The candidate will support two main projects: Windows Upgrade Project – upgrading laboratory computers to Windows 11, imaging machines, and troubleshooting systems. Asset Management – tracking, maintaining, documenting, and replacing laboratory IT equipment. Key Responsibilities: Upgrade computers and laboratory systems to Windows 11 . Perform computer imaging and Windows installations/upgrades . Troubleshoot hardware and software problems . Install, replace, upgrade, and maintain computer equipment and related machinery. Provide technical support for laboratory instruments and equipment . Work with vendors for equipment/service-related issues. Track and manage IT/laboratory assets. Maintain accurate equipment and service documentation. Use tools such as ServiceNow and Jira for tickets, tracking, and documentation. Support technical issues in a complex laboratory environment . MUST-HAVE Skills: Hands-on Windows 11 experience – Mandatory Experience with Windows upgrade projects Experience with computer imaging Hardware and software troubleshooting Good documentation and asset-tracking skills Highly Preferred: ServiceNow Jira Asset management/tracking Documentation management Experience supporting laboratory instruments Pharmaceutical industry experience Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory . #J-18808-Ljbffr Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC
