Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, from check-in to vehicle delivery.
• Actively listen to customer concerns and communicate repair needs clearly and professionally.
• Review and explain Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) results, building value into recommended. services and presenting options.
• Set expectations on repair timelines and update customers throughout the process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of work.
• Write repair orders, provide estimates, and secure approvals for service.
• Ensure all parts and return processes are completed before vehicle delivery.
• Walk customers to their vehicle at delivery, highlighting work performed and reinforcing trust.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Service Advisor experience required.
• Must have a strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and providing an outstanding customer experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $23-$27/hour.

• Bonus Structure: Total earnings range $75,000 - $100,000+ annually.

  • Typical Service Advisors earn $75,000–$95,000.
  • High performers consistently earn $100,000+.
