Senior LOA & Benefits Specialist

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Senior Leaves Specialist to support our Benefits Leaves of Absence team. You will manage new LOA claims, run reports, and coordinate with employees, managers, HR and partners throughout leaves. You will review policies for legal compliance, drive process improvements, conduct LOA audits, and respond to vendor requests while ensuring HIPAA confidentiality and accurate system updates.
