BUSINESS ANALYST

Our client is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong techno-functional expertise in pharma marketing data and analytics . This role will support a leading pharmaceutical client by driving data initiatives across HCP360 and Marketing Data Hub platforms .
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the US pharma marketing data ecosystem , including patient-level and aggregate-level datasets, HCP analytics, and data integration frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data enablement for pharma marketing programs (ingestion, transformation, delivery)
- Define and implement data standards and governance for marketing datasets
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HCP360 , including onboarding, data integration, and reporting
- Support Marketing Data Hub architecture, data pipelines, and roadmap initiatives
- Map HCP engagement data from multiple vendors into unified customer profiles
- Translate business needs into detailed technical data requirements
- Collaborate with analytics teams on marketing attribution, reach, and frequency reporting
- 10+ years of experience in pharma/life sciences marketing data, analytics, or commercial operations
- Strong expertise in Patient-Level Data (PLD) , including compliance and downstream usage
- Experience working with aggregate marketing data (impressions, reach, frequency, engagement)
- Hands-on experience with HCP data (NPI, affiliations, specialties, prescribing behavior)
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Databricks
- Solid understanding of HIPAA, NAI guidelines, and pharma data compliance
Hands-on experience working with marketing data from vendors such as:
IQVIA, Veeva, Symphony Health, Medscape, WebMD, DeepIntent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HCP360 implementations
- Knowledge of identity resolution and HCP deduplication
- Familiarity with closed-loop marketing (CLM) and digital engagement integration
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals
