We are a family-owned property management business looking for a skilled and dependable Onsite Assistant Maintenance Manager to help maintain and enhance the quality of two residential properties. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies from tenants.
• Assist the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the properties.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address issues proactively.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as landscaping, snow removal, and pool maintenance (if applicable).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field.
• Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with good communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation for travel between the two locations.
