Procurement Analyst

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support indirect procurement operations within a fast-paced, data-driven organization. This role focuses on optimizing non-inventory spend, improving procurement processes, and partnering with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive efficiency and value. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal and Finance, to support sourcing, contract management, and continuous process improvements. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end procurement activities for indirect goods and services, including supplier sourcing, competitive bidding, contract review, and onboarding Analyze spend data, supplier performance, and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements Assist with sourcing initiatives such as RFPs and RFIs, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and communicate procurement strategies Maintain accurate records of procurement activity, supplier data, and contracts in internal systems, leveraging tools to improve efficiency and data quality Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives Troubleshoot procurement-related issues and escalate risks as needed Stay up to date on procurement tools, trends, and best practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience 2–3 years of experience in indirect (non-inventory) procurement, ideally supporting operations or facilities categories Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations Effective communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative and adaptable with a strong willingness to learn Nice to Have Experience with procurement or contract management systems (any platform) Exposure to categories such as services, technology, facilities, or marketing procurement Familiarity with data analysis tools or automation concepts Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
