KW Steel City is looking for a driven, competitive Recruiter to help fuel the growth of our real estate organization by identifying, engaging, and setting qualified appointments with talented real estate agents.

This is not a passive lead-follow-up position. You will spend the majority of your day actively creating conversations with real estate professionals, building relationships, following up consistently, and creating opportunities for our leadership team to meet with agents who may be ready for something more.

Your activity will have a direct impact on the growth of the organization and your compensation will reflect it.

The right person is persuasive without being pushy, persistent without being annoying, and confident enough to hear "no" without losing momentum. You understand that great salespeople don't wait for opportunity to come to them. They create it.

Compensation

• $75,000+ Expected Annual Earnings

• $40,000–$45,000 Base Salary

• Significant performance-based commission/bonus opportunity

• High earning potential for top performers

Compensation:

$75,000 - $90,000 At Plan Earnings

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and connect with real estate agents through consistent outbound calling, texting, email, and follow-up

• Create meaningful conversations that uncover an agent's goals, challenges, motivations, and potential opportunities

• Set qualified recruiting appointments for the leadership team

• Consistently follow up with agents who may not be ready today but could become future opportunities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective recruits

• Use proven scripts and conversation frameworks while developing the ability to make them sound natural and authentic

• Navigate objections and resistance confidently to keep conversations moving forward

• Maintain accurate notes, call activity, follow-up tasks, and pipeline information within the CRM

• Prepare and manage daily prospecting lists and follow-up priorities

• Track personal activity and conversion metrics and take ownership of results

• Participate in team huddles, script practice, roleplay, call reviews, and lead-conversion training

• Continually improve your ability to communicate value and create curiosity with prospective agents

• Represent KW Steel City professionally and positively in every interaction

Qualifications:

• Love sales and genuinely enjoy being on the phone

• Are motivated by the opportunity to earn $75,000+ based on your performance

• Have a competitive mindset and want to win

• Aren't intimidated by high outbound call volume

• Can build rapport quickly with different personalities

• Know how to ask great questions instead of simply reading a script

• Are comfortable handling objections such as "I'm happy where I am" or "I'm not looking to make a move"

• Are persistent and understand that great follow-up creates opportunities

• Have strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills

• Are highly organized and disciplined with CRM follow-up

• Are comfortable being measured against activity, appointment, and conversion goals

• Are tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly

• Have a growth mindset and actively seek coaching and feedback

• Take personal accountability for your results

• Are ambitious, proactive, positive, and highly coachable

Experience

• Sales experience strongly preferred

• Inside sales, recruiting, business development, appointment setting, or outbound prospecting experience is a plus

• Real estate industry experience is helpful but not required

• Demonstrated success in a performance-driven environment preferred
