Home Time: Home weekly | Pay: $1,400 to $1,550 per week
Freight: General and refrigerated freight | Location: Bridgeport, CT 06604

• No-touch freight continuity throughout the week

• Home weekly scheduling

• 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week

• Late-model Kenworth T680 trucks

No-touch freight continuity and familiar lane planning support regular weekly miles while keeping CDL-A drivers on a home weekly schedule with pay of $1,400 to $1,550 per week.

Compensation and Earnings

Weekly pay is $1,400 to $1,550 based on experience and miles. Quarterly raises are tied to safety performance and productivity. After your first 30 days, guaranteed minimum pay provides additional income protection when freight volume slows. Orientation pays $100 per day, and travel expenses are covered.

Your Freight and Routes

Drivers transport general and refrigerated freight while running 2,500 to 3,000 miles each week. Established freight lanes and ongoing customer demand help maintain regular load movement throughout the workweek. Route planning coordinates available loads, mileage, and home time so drivers have a clear weekly operating schedule.

• Load information and route details are communicated throughout the week

• Dispatch support is available when freight timing or scheduling changes

Equipment and Technology

Late-model Kenworth T680 trucks, 4 years old or newer, come equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, voice navigation, and in-cab 5th wheel release.

• Weekly home time is coordinated with freight and route planning

Driver Support Specialists help with route planning, equipment concerns, load questions, and operational issues drivers may encounter while completing their weekly runs.

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A license

• Current medical card

• Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last year

Benefits Package

Health coverage, life insurance, and paid vacation time are included in the benefits package. Drivers may also bring passengers age 10 and older on the road.
