Responsibilities Assist in data analysis and business modelling to support informed decision‑making based on domain‑specific standards. Contribute to benchmarking studies by analysing performance data against domain‑specific industry standards and identifying improvement opportunities. Support translating technical details into clear, user‑friendly documentation for communication and reporting. Assist in researching third‑party products within the domain, focusing on features, scalability, and conducting preliminary assessments. Provide support during the implementation of domain‑specific systems, assist with configuration, and identify opportunities for enhancements. Required Skills and Experience Good knowledge of study life‑cycle activities (study protocols / design for IRT and EDC studies), various study milestones, clinical trial regulatory reports and other metrics reports at study or site level. Able to translate business requirements into well‑formed technical and system requirements. Basic experience with modelling business processes, data flows, and workflow processes depicting relationships between clinical data entities. Agile – Scrum knowledge. Preferred Skills and Experience Familiarity with Good Clinical Practices, Good Documentation practices, Clinical Trial Quality & Compliance. Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel. Planning and coordination skills. Good communication and analytical skills. Additional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of years of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
