Social Media Specialist

Job Brief: We are seeking a driven and motivated Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and managing social media campaigns that promote our client’s brands and engage their audiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media and has a deep understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices. Responsibilities: Reports to the Project Manager Develop and execute social media strategies for clients, including content creation, community management, social media advertising, and influencer marketing. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for client growth and engagement. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and effective social media content. Stay current with the latest social media trends and best practices. Prepare and manage content calendars for clients and the company. Prepare monthly reports for clients using social media analytics tools. Participate in meetings with clients to spearhead social media strategies. Participate in creating marketing plans and strategies for the company and its clients. Meet all deadlines as assigned in the company’s project management tool. Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 2 years of experience in social media management. Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their features. Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools. Ability to create engaging social media content. Experience with social media advertising campaigns. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
