Legal Recruiting Manager

Hybrid Schedule | 2 Remote Days Per Week About the Opportunity DNA Partners is representing a premier international law firm seeking a Legal Recruiting Manager to lead attorney recruiting initiatives for its New York office. This highly visible role will oversee law student, lateral associate, and judicial clerk hiring programs while partnering closely with firm leadership, hiring committees, and practice group leaders to attract and retain top legal talent. Key Responsibilities Manage and drive all aspects of the firm's attorney recruiting efforts, including lateral associates, judicial clerks, and summer associates. Oversee law school recruiting initiatives, including campus outreach, on-campus interviews, callback processes, candidate evaluations, and offer management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with law schools, career services offices, student organizations, and recruiting partners to enhance the firm's presence and attract top candidates. Collaborate with practice group leaders and hiring committees to assess staffing needs and execute targeted recruiting strategies. Coordinate judicial clerk recruitment programs and support attorneys transitioning from clerkships into the firm. Guide candidates through the recruitment process while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making. Partner with firm leadership on workforce planning, diversity recruiting initiatives, and long-term talent acquisition strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience. 5+ years of attorney recruiting experience within a law firm or professional services environment. Strong knowledge of legal recruiting, including law student recruitment, lateral hiring, and judicial clerk programs. Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with attorneys, firm leadership, candidates, and business professionals. Experience working with recruiting management systems, preferably viRecruit or similar platforms. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Why Join This Firm?
