Onboarding Specialist

Job Title

Provides subject matter expertise and plays the lead role in the integration of providers into the health service organization. Aides in the establishment of a working relationship between hospital administrative team, and physicians who are newly hired, in practices recently acquired, or in new practice facilities. Provide projects management oversight to the transition of a physician/practice into or out of the ambulatory division.

Education:

*Bachelor's Degree – in related field

Experience:

*2 years of related experience in a supervisory role

Credentials:

*License/Certification – preferred
