Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create individualized therapy programs that help them reach their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to ensure thorough and holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and caregivers on therapy techniques to encourage ongoing improvement in their home environment.
• Track Progress and Outcomes: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track towards healing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Your commitment to continuing education and additional certifications is not only welcomed but encouraged

Licensure

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
