Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide a complete and thoughtful approach to patient care.

Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families in therapy techniques to sustain progress outside of the clinical setting.

Track Progress and Adapt Plans: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatment protocols as necessary to ensure patients stay focused on their goals.

Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Encouraged engagement in continuing education or advanced certifications

Current and active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary
