Program Services Clinical Coordinator Are you looking for a role where you can make a real difference every day? As a Program Services Clinical Coordinator, you will: Coordinate the development, review, and implementation of services, case management, behavior intervention plans, and treatments provided to individuals served Oversee all services delivered to individuals and their families, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and adherence to contractual terms Assist in developing engaging programs and activities that meet the needs of individuals Build and maintain strong relationships with families and external case managers Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field One year of work experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, at-risk youth, or similar populations preferred An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance Licensure and training as required by state regulations (e.g., CPR, First Aid, Behavioral Intervention Techniques) QMRP/QIDDP certification as required by state Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach Commitment to quality in all work Why Join Us Salary: $42,000-$44,000 Full compensation and benefits package for full-time employees 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holiday pay Rewarding work alongside a dedicated team of professionals Nationwide career development and advancement opportunities Make a meaningful impact every day Equal Opportunity Employer Sanga Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
