About the Role

EHC is seeking an Industrial B2B Inside Sales Account Specialist on behalf of a client in the West Chester, OH area. In this role, you will be the trusted point of contact for assigned customers—quoting, closing, and nurturing relationships while delivering best-in-class service.

A Day in the Life

You start by scanning overnight inquiries, checking inventory status online, and prioritizing quote requests. By mid-morning, you’re clarifying product specifications and life cycles, helping customers choose the right solution. After lunch, you’re on the phone with new prospects—identifying decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and moving leads through the pipeline. Throughout the day, you document activity, collaborate with Support, Community Management, Account Management, and Business Development, and keep management updated with timely reports. You wrap up by confirming availability/pricing updates and tackling related projects as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the dedicated contact for assigned customers—owning responses and coordinating answers as needed
• Explain product specifications, applications, and life cycle to inform customer decisions
• Guide customers to the best-fit solutions for their needs
• Respond promptly to customer requests for information
• Spend the majority of the day managing online inventory systems and communicating via email
• Provide clear details on product availability and pricing
• Telephone prospects to find key contacts, qualify opportunities, and advance leads through the sales pipeline
• Stay current on industry developments and product updates
• Maintain accurate activity records and prepare timely reports for leadership
• Collaborate closely with Support, Community Management, Account Management, and Business Development
• Contribute to related projects as assigned

Qualifications Preferred Background

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or technical field (preferred)
