- Lead daily safety expectations, support morning safety meetings, and enforce site-specific health and safety plans
- Maintain accurate daily reports covering production, labor hours, equipment utilization, materials, subcontractors, and project observations
- Track daily time sheets and provide field information that supports labor cost and schedule management
- Manage onsite materials, tools, supplies, and equipment to keep production moving efficiently
- Serve as the primary field contact for clients, engineering consultants, regulators, and project stakeholders
- Provide timely updates to Project Management regarding field production, subcontractor performance, safety, quality, and project status
- Support emergency response mobilizations when required
- Travel throughout the Midwest and Central U.S., with individual assignments ranging from approximately 2 weeks to 8 months
