We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused In-Showroom Sales Representative to join our Georgetown showroom. This is an opportunity to build a rewarding career in luxury sales while working in a beautiful showroom environment with an experienced and supportive team.

You'll assist both walk-in customers and scheduled appointments, helping clients select decorative plumbing fixtures, architectural hardware, and related products for kitchens, baths, and custom homes. This is a consultative sales position where building relationships and providing exceptional service are just as important as making the sale.

We are primarily seeking a full-time team member , but we are also open to an exceptional part-time candidate with flexible availability.

No industry experience is required. We provide a comprehensive paid training program designed to teach you our products, systems, and consultative sales process. Candidates with backgrounds in luxury retail, interior design, hospitality, customer service, or relationship-based sales are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in and appointment clients.
• Guide customers through product selection for kitchens, baths, and home hardware.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Build long-term relationships through outstanding customer service and follow-up.
• Coordinate orders and deliveries with vendors and internal team members.
• Maintain showroom displays, product signage, sample libraries, and merchandising.
• Assist with the day-to-day operational needs of the showroom.
• Continue developing product knowledge on luxury plumbing and architectural hardware brands.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to learn technical product information.
• Experience in sales, retail, interior design, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to build a long-term career.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary
• Performance-based commission program
• Paid onboarding and training program that includes a guaranteed training stipend during your onboarding period to provide income stability while you learn our products, systems, and sales process and transition into our commission program.
• Expected first-year earnings of $60,000–$75,000+ , with significant growth potential as your product knowledge and client base develop.2nd year salary expectation is base plus bonuses $75,000-$125,000.00 plus.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:45 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
• In-person position in our Georgetown showroom
• Part-time applicants with flexible schedules will also be considered
