Senior Recruiter, Contract

Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from intake through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define hiring strategies, candidate profiles, and interview processes. Build and execute sourcing strategies — direct outreach, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms — to reach high-caliber candidates. Develop strong pipelines across software engineering, machine learning, AI research, product, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and people functions. Run recruiter screens that assess candidates’ qualifications, motivations, and alignment with our culture and values. Drive an efficient interview process and a positive candidate experience end to end. Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices. Manage offers and negotiations through to close, and keep candidate records and recruiting metrics current in our ATS. Champion fair, inclusive hiring practices and identify ways to improve recruiting operations, workflows, and employer brand. Requirements 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience across both technical and non-technical roles. A track record in high-growth startups, technology companies, or venture-backed organizations. Proven success hiring software engineers, machine learning engineers, AI researchers, product managers, and business professionals. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other talent tools. Experience managing many concurrent requisitions without compromising candidate experience. Excellent stakeholder management and consultative communication. Strong organization and attention to detail. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems — Ashby preferred.
