CONTENT STRATEGY MANAGER

Robert Half is hiring a Content Strategy Manager for one of our major clients. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that strengthens brand positioning, increases audience engagement, supports demand generation, and drives measurable business results.The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and strong operator who understands how to turn business objectives, audience insights, SEO data, and performance analytics into compelling content programs across multiple channels.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own an integrated content strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives.Create and manage editorial calendars across web, blog, email, social media, thought leadership, and campaign channels.Partner with product marketing, demand generation, sales, creative, and executive stakeholders to identify content opportunities.Translate complex products, services, or technical concepts into clear and engaging customer-facing content.Conduct audience, keyword, competitor, and content-gap research to guide strategy.Establish content themes, messaging frameworks, and brand voice standards.Manage external writers, agencies, freelancers, and other content partners as needed.Optimize existing content based on SEO, engagement, conversion, and pipeline performance.Develop thought leadership programs involving executives and subject matter experts.Define and report on content KPIs, including traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversion, and influenced pipeline.
