Work Environment

This position is structured as an onsite role, providing in-home care for our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities, needs, and goals based on physician referrals.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that incorporate orthopedic techniques, therapeutic exercises, and innovative rehabilitative methods to optimize patient recovery.
• Utilize manual therapy, modalities, and patient education to enhance the therapeutic process, while consistently monitoring progress towards recovery goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatment plans, progress notes, and any adjustments made in line with clinical protocols.
• Foster meaningful relationships with patients and their families by providing thorough consultations that educate them about their conditions and engage them in the healing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and strategies that can maximize patient outcomes and improve service delivery.
• Meet and exceed organizational utilization goals and overall performance metrics to drive business success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient demographic includes individuals of all ages requiring orthopedic rehabilitation, with a focus on conditions stemming from sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, pediatric needs, and neurologic challenges. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to ensure a high level of competency in clinical practice.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is crucial to provide supervised care to clients.
• Two years of relevant experience in physical therapy, specifically in an orthopedic context, is essential for this role.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association, which is necessary for emergency response capabilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective interactions with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
