Summary About the Position: Serves as administrative liaison in direct support of the Division Chief and Deputy on matters requiring judicious, confidential consideration and handling and pursues such matters to acceptable conclusion. - Keeps supervisors calendar and schedules appointments and meetings on own initiative.
- Takes lead in developing new methods of automating office records and renders advice and recommendations for purchase of computer resources.
- Assists in administering the hand receipt under supervision of the hand receipt holders.
- Coordinates routine and complex travel arrangements including remote international locations for employees.
- Serves as timekeeper and performs all time and attendance and related duties for all employees using an automated reporting system.
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Incumbent may be required to travel TDY up to 5% of the time.
