RN - NICU

Registered Nurse - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:30).

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, engage in effective communication, and work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal health outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to implement treatment plans and quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 18 months experience in nursing, preferably in a specialty setting.
• Current and active RN license in Ohio or a compact state.
• BLS and NR certifications must be active at the time of submission.
• Experience with charting systems, specifically Community Hospital, is preferred.
