Are you organized, dependable, and detail-oriented ? EmpowerHome Team is looking for a Mailroom Coordinator to support daily office operations and ensure important documents, materials, and supplies are handled efficiently.

In this role, you’ll manage incoming and outgoing mail, prepare buyer and listing folders, organize listing packages, monitor office supplies, and coordinate copier and equipment repairs. Your attention to detail will help keep our team organized and our operations running smoothly.

$14 - $16 hourly

• Sort, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

• Prepare buyer and listing folders and supporting documents

• Assemble and send listing packages and scheduled mailers

• Monitor and maintain office supplies, printer ink, and equipment

• Coordinate copier repairs, maintenance, and service requests

• Keep the mailroom and office organized and well-stocked

• Provide administrative and operational support to the real estate team
