Lunds & Byerlys 50th Street Edina, 3945 West 50th Street, Edina, Minnesota, United States of America Job Description Posted Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 6:00 AM Lunds & Byerlys 50th is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Food Service Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $22.50-$27.25/hr. We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm . For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am-7:00pm.
FOOD SERVICE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Food Service Managers are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as: Greeting and assisting customers Leading, supervising, coaching, mentoring, and training employees Developing daily and weekly menus Monitoring and maintaining inventory, sales, and shrink Evaluating and ensuring product quality and selection Maintaining cleanliness of the departmentOUR IDEAL FOOD SERVICE MANAGER
Team player - steps in to assist when and where as needed Respectful - empathetic and appreciative of our customers and team Innovative - implements trending and forward-thinking retail solutions Hospitable - provides a friendly face and welcoming environmentMINMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Minimum of two (2) years' experience in deli or food service leadership Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of financial reporting systems and concepts Strong understanding of food preparation and food service operations Strong understanding of retail operations Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to obtain Food Safety CertificationBENEFITS & PERKS
